Novela Občianskeho zákonníka, Obchodného zákonníka a zákona č. 211/200 Z. z. o slobodnom prístupe k informáciám, ktorá bola schválená 9. decembra 2010 a platí od 1. 1. 2011 priniesla obci a ňou zriadeným príspevkovým a rozpočtovým organizáciám novú povinnosť a to zverejňovať všetky zmluvy, faktúry a objednávky na svojom webovom sídle.
